On page 3, you find a Learning Outcome describing the expected competences.<\/p>\n<p>The Reader\u00a0is intended to complement the (optional) Scientific Writing course taught once a year, in winter semester. It\u00a0enables students to prepare for the\u00a0mandatory oral exam as part of GP-A on Scientific Working, and can be used for self-study.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The oral exams with Profs. Bente and Westenbergercan be taken twice a year, usually at these times:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Winter semester: immediately after the 2nd part of the Scientific Writing course, usually in November. In this WS 17\/18, it will take place in the week 4.12.-8.12.<\/li>\n<li>Summer semester: in the first exam period, around end of July.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Deviations from these time slots are possible in justified cases, upon individual request.<\/p>\n<p>===============<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr die 1CP-Komponente &#8220;Scientific Working in a Technical Context&#8221; des A-Teils eines Guided Project Typ A gibt es jetzt einen Reader (<a href=\"https:\/\/ilias.th-koeln.de\/goto.php?target=file_1007616_download&amp;client_id=ILIAS_FH_Koeln\">hier aus ILIAS herunterzuladen<\/a>). Auf Seite 3 finden Sie ein Learning Outcome, das die erwarteten Kompetenzen beschreibt.<\/p>\n<p>Dieser Reader ist eine Erg\u00e4nzung zu dem freiwilligen Kurs &#8220;Scientific Writing&#8221;, der einmal im Jahr im Wintersemester angeboten wird. Der Reader erlaubt Studierenden, sich im Selbststudium auf das m\u00fcndliche Fachgespr\u00e4ch mit Profs. Bente und Westenberger zum Thema &#8220;Scientific Working in a Technical Context&#8221; vorzubereiten.<\/p>\n<p>Diese m\u00fcndlichen Fachgespr\u00e4che finden \u00fcblicherweise zu folgenden Zeiten statt:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wintersemester: Im Anschluss an den Kurs &#8220;Scientific Writing&#8221;, normalerweise Ende November.
